Congratulations to Daniel Kaufman from our Family & Relationship Law group, who recently passed the LIV accreditation exam to become an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

Family & Relationship Law is an increasingly technical and specialised area of law, and the ability to effectively resolve parenting and financial disputes arising from the breakdown of a marriage or de facto relationship requires advanced inter-personal and technical legal skills. In order to receive accreditation, lawyers must demonstrate an in depth technical knowledge of family law, as well as having extensive practical experience.

Mark Parker, Co-Head of Family & Relationship Law at Lander & Rogers, said "Daniel has practised exclusively in family law since his admission in 2003, and it's great to see him being formally recognised for his experience and technical competence."
