Ailbhe specialises in advising insurers in relation to directors' and officers' insurance and professional indemnity.  In handling contentious matters, Ailbhe places particular emphasis on effective litigation management and early resolution of claims.

Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Ailbhe practised in Ireland, having been admitted there as a solicitor and also as a tax advisor.  In that time Ailbhe worked with a leading Irish insurance practice, where she was directly responsible for a large portfolio of insurance matters for major Irish and London underwriters, as well as for a number of large self-insured companies. 

Ailbhe's areas of expertise include:

• directors’ and officers’ insurance;
• financial lines;
• professional indemnity; and
• public liability.

Ailbhe was admitted to practice in Ireland in 2001 and in Australia in 2006 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2005.
