Personal interests

Andrew is a Law Institute of Victoria specialist in workplace relations law.  He practices in all areas of workplace relations and safety and has a detailed understanding of the needs of human resources practitioners and the employment issues which confront managers.

Andrew has particular experience in strategic planning and management of industrial relations.  He works in all aspects of industrial relations and employment law and he regularly appears for clients in industrial tribunals.

Andrew's areas of expertise include:

  • industrial disputation;
  • organisational change;
  • enterprise bargaining strategy;
  • employment law;
  • discrimination;
  • employment and independent contractor agreements; and
  • unfair dismissal.

Andrew also has significant industry experience, working in-house with Ansett Australia for 18 months and undertaking secondments with the Northern Territory Office of the Public Service Commissioner and Exxon Mobil.

Andrew was admitted to practice in 1996 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2010.
