Anthony's practice focuses on governance, transactions and strategic advice in regulated industries and business dealings between government and the private sector. In addition to professional legal practice, Anthony spent five years as company secretary and senior lawyer for Crown Limited (1993 to 1998), the ASX listed company which developed, owned and operated the Melbourne Casino. He has experience as a non-executive director and as an audit committee member of a water business (infrastructure and service delivery focus) and of two corporate superannuation funds (investment focus). He is currently the Australian local agent for the UK-based institutional investment arm of a significant European private bank.
