Ben has experience in commercial disputes over a broad range of state and federal jurisdictions. Ben focuses on providing prompt and clear advice to his clients with an eye to achieving practical and commercially sound outcomes.

Ben is currently involved in a large, complex and multi-faceted recovery claim for a group of insurers.

Ben's areas of expertise include: 
  • contract disputes;
  • directors and shareholders disputes;
  • trade practices disputes;
  • property and leasing disputes; and
  • intellectual property disputes.

Ben was admitted to practice in 2006 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2010. Prior to being admitted to practice, Ben spent six years working in the registry of the Federal Court of Australia.
