Beth has nearly 20 years experience in superannuation and financial services, including extensive in-house and consulting experience.

Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Beth worked for a large Australian-based international law firm as part of a speciality superannuation and financial services team. She has also worked in-house for an insurance company and a superannuation consultancy.

Beth's areas of expertise include:

• employer-sponsored and government superannuation funds, specifically in advising trustees and participating employers in relation to the requirements of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act, trust law and fund administration;
• drafting and interpreting fund documentation; 
• drafting and reviewing communication material and other disclosure documentation; 
• reviewing death and disability claims; 
• advising employers about their superannuation obligations; 
• advising on the latest developments in superannuation; 
• advising on fund transfers and consolidations including successor fund transfers; 
• advising on all disclosure and licensing aspects of the Financial Services Reform regime; and 
• conducting training programs for superannuation fund trustees and administrators.

Beth was admitted to practice in 1993 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2011.
