Personal interests

Bill's practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and commercial advice to clients on a variety of transactions from the small to the large. His clients include SME's and listed companies, both Australian and international. Bill's aim is to provide practical solutions which add value. He also has experience in policy and legislative development, having played a leading industry role in reform of the anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing laws in Australia.

Bill has been recognised in Chambers Asia Pacific 2012 for his legal expertise in gaming and gambling, as well as anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws in Australia.

Bill's areas of expertise include:
  • corporate governance;
  • gambling law and practice;
  • AML / CTF law and practice;
  • joint ventures;
  • competition and consumer protection; and
  • intellectual property.

Bill was admitted to practice in 1983 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2007.
