Catherine joined Lander & Rogers in March 2010 as Director of Human Resources. Catherine's role is to provide commercial HR strategic advice to support the firm's goals and objectives across a broad range of areas, from sustaining and building on Landers unique culture to retaining and developing its people and recruiting talented legal professionals and support staff.

Catherine brings to the firm over 15 years of experience in leading and implementing progressive strategic HR initiatives across a range of international organisations, including Citigroup Plc in London, as well as investment banks Commerzbank AG, Merrill Lynch and M&G Prudential Plc. She was formerly a National People & Development Manager at Freehills.

Post Grad Dip HR Management - Manchester Metropolitan University
