Professional biography

Personal interests

David has acted as legal adviser to a number of voluntary and charitable bodies in Victoria. He has broad experience within the family law jurisdiction with particular expertise in complex commercial family law matters, third party litigation and overseas cross-jurisdictional cases.

He became an accredited specialist in Family Law in 1990. Since then he has successfully managed and conducted an energetic and extensive Family Law practice.

David’s areas of expertise include:

  • commercial family law;
  • complex multi-party litigation;
  • financial agreements;
  • same sex and de facto law; and
  • international matters.

David was admitted to practice in 1978 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2009.

LLB – University of Melbourne
Accredited Specialist (Family Law)

  • Member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
