Diane joined Lander & Rogers in 2005, bringing to the firm a background of very broad litigation experience in mid-tier Melbourne law firms.
 
Diane has practised extensively in the areas of accident compensation, employer’s liability, insurance & common law, and has acted for WorkSafe Victoria, self insurers and employers in the Court of Appeal, Supreme, County and Magistrates Courts.

Along with managing a self insurer practice, Diane's focus since joining the firm has been on acting for the firms' major clients in serious injury litigation, adopting a thorough preparation approach and putting her solid advocacy and negotiation skills to good use.

Diane has a special interest in electromagnetic/ microwave radiation, asbestos and toxic tort claims and has spent many years developing her expertise, particularly in the area of asbestos, handling both public liability and workers compensation claims.

Diane's areas of expertise include:

• accident compensation;
• employer's liability;
• insurance & common law; and
• Wrongs Act cancer and asbestos claims.

Diane was admitted to practice 1988 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2005.
