Dominic is a senior associate in the Lander & Rogers' WorkCover group in Melbourne.

Dominic is a valuable member of the common law team. He advises primarily on serious injury and damages matters and has also undertaken work in statutory benefits. He is an accredited mediator and has advised WorkSafe Victoria, agents and employers in all jurisdictions.

Dominic has been actively involved in the Warrnambool circuit since 2005, effectively liaising with clients, barristers and employers. Dominic is an active member of the firm, assisting in training and reviewing graduates and seasonal clerks. He is a supporter and participant in Lander & Rogers sporting teams and a volunteer in various pro-bono initiatives.

Dominic's areas of expertise include:

• asbestos insurer claims; and
• common law litigation.

Dominic joined Lander & Rogers in 2005 and was admitted to practice in 2006.
