Personal interests

Eleanor practices in business law, including Corporations Act advice and commercial agreements, competition and consumer, climate change and privacy law. She has significant experience in the utilities industry on both the regulated and regulatory sides.

Eleanor provides competition and consumer advice to a range of listed and unlisted clients, including on deal structuring. She also drafts agreements such as standard terms and conditions, distribution, shareholders', partnership, intellectual property, confidentiality and service agreements.

Eleanor's areas of expertise include:

  • energy, water and other regulated industries;
  • competition and consumer law advice;
  • drafting agreements;
  • consumer and small business protection laws; and
  • the carbon price mechanism, voluntary carbon offsets and advice on legislation concerning climate change.

Eleanor was admitted to practice in 1999 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2003.
