Personal interests

Jodylee recently acted on behalf of one of Australia’s leading Banks in one of the first cases involving joinder of third parties to Family Law (property) proceedings, in which case the Bank was successful. She has also successfully represented the Bank in a Full Family Court Appeal.

Jodylee's areas of expertise include:
  • family law settlements (including mediation) and litigation/defended matters;
  • binding financial agreements & consent order applications;
  • superannuation splitting;
  • domestic relationship and same sex property matters;
  • family violence and intervention orders;
  • adoption;
  • divorce;
  • children’s matters including relocation applications, lives with/spends time with disputes, passport applications, paternity disputes, name changes, child support and child maintenance (for over 18s);
  • spousal maintenance; and
  • international property disputes.
Jodylee was admitted to practice in November 2000 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2008.

Qualifications
BA/LLB (Monash)
In addition to her legal qualifications, Jodylee has completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Japanese. Jodylee also speaks Italian and Hungarian.
