Personal interests

Eleni advises primarily on statutory benefits matters, however she also has experience in serious injury and common law damages matters. Since her admission in 2001, Eleni has conducted personal injuries litigation in the Magistrates' and County Courts for both plaintiff and defendant firms. Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Eleni worked in-house for one of WorkSafe's panel Agents.

Eleni's areas of expertise include:

  • Statutory benefits;
  • Serious injury; and
  • Common law damages matters.

Eleni was admitted to practice in 2001 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2011.
