Personal interests

Emma is a commercial litigation lawyer specialising in matters concerning professional indemnity and public liability. She has extensive experience in complex financial services disputes both in Australia and Asia. Her core professional values are providing fast, commercially focussed and clear legal counsel to clients.

Emma's areas of expertise include:
  • financial services litigation;
  • professional indemnity and director's and officer's liability;
  • class actions;
  • Federal Corrupt Practices Act investigations; and
  • product liability and international recalls.

Emma was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2005 and in Hong Kong SAR in 2008. She joined Lander & Rogers in 2010 and is registered to pratice in New South Wales.
