Gillian was admitted to practice in 1985 and since that time has practiced exclusively in Family Law. She worked exclusively in family law in Queensland legal firms before establishing a boutique family & relationship practice in Toowoomba, which she operated for 10 years. During that time Gillian completed a mediation course in the USA to qualify as an Accredited Mediator and refined her family law litigation and mediation skills.

Gillian pursued full time studies in Business Administration to broaden her commercial knowledge and experience before relocating to Melbourne. Senior management roles in the corporate financial services sector entrenched her commercial knowledge and conferred on her a broader perspective of professional services.

Gillian was enticed to resume her family law career with the opportunity to work with the specialist family law team at Lander & Rogers. She brings a broad perspective of professional services to her practice of family law. She is able to apply her commercial knowledge and experience to financial matters, in which she has a special interest.  

Gillian's areas of interest and expertise include:

• property settlements;
• de facto relationship matters;
• binding financial agreements; and
• child support agreements.

Gillian was admitted to practice in 1985 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2010.
