Grant has an extensive history of working exclusively in commercial litigation, acting for a broad range of government and major private sector organisations.
In recent years, he has focused on retail tenancy disputes and property related litigation, acting for landlords and tenants in over 250 retail disputes. In these cases, Grant has typically advised on issues concerning misrepresentation, unconscionable conduct, rent reviews, relocations, lock outs and ownerships of fixtures and fittings. Grant has also developed an extensive practice in professional liability claims, particularly relating to property valuers.
