Grant is Lander & Rogers' Chief Operating Officer.  He oversees the running of the firm, including leading the development and implementation of the firm's strategy.  He has extensive leadership, executive and senior management experience working in and advising professional service firms and business-to-business organisations.  His specialist expertise is in law firm strategy and operations, leadership, performance improvement, governance, growth and cost management. 

Grant previously lead a consulting practice at Beaton Consulting, which included the Annual Business and Professions Study, which was the largest study of its kind in the world exploring the opinions of clients of professional services firms.  He managed 300 people in his role as CEO and advisor to the King of the Royal Bafokeng Nation in South Africa, held general management positions at a top law firm and consulted to, amongst others, numerous medium and large professional service firms, the University of Melbourne and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Grant has completed professional development programs at Melbourne Law School, Wits University Business School, South Africa, and the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, South Africa.
