Isabella has experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial matters.

Isabella's areas of expertise include:

• providing advice on general corporate governance issues;
• drafting a range of commercial contracts, including consultancy agreements, services agreements and terms and conditions of sale;
• conducting due diligence investigations and preparing due diligence reports relating to proposed acquisitions; and
• drafting documents for share and business sales and acquisitions.

Isabella joined Lander & Rogers in 2005 and was admitted to practice in 2006.
