Jackie is a partner in the Corporate Advisory group where her expertise is in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and the commercialisation and exploitation of intellectual property. She has a broad based commercial practice and advises listed and unlisted companies.

Jackie's areas of expertise include:

• due diligence, including assisting vendors prepare for due diligence and undertaking due diligence for purchasers;
• share and business asset sales and acquisitions;
• shareholder and joint venture agreements;
• disclosure document requirements, capital raisings, financing and underwriting agreements;
• intellectual property commercialisation and exploitation; and
• commercial agreements including confidentiality agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements and licence agreements.

Jackie was admitted to practice in 1998 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2002.
