John acts across industry sectors for vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and developers in a diverse range of matters.  John provides strategic advice to his clients on a wide range of commercial and property projects including on transaction structuring, and his broad range of commercial experience allows him to add value well beyond the provision of legal services.

John's areas of expertise include:

• ­greenfield and in-fill developments;
• ­commercial, industrial and residential developments sales and acquisitions;
• ­commercial and industrial leasing;
• retail leasing for large-format national retailers; and
• shopping centre developments.

John joined Lander & Rogers in 2001 and was admitted to practice in 2002.

Qualifications
LLB/ BA (Deakin University)

 Fluent in Portuguese, having spent approximately two years working and
 studying in Brazil.

• Founder of the Corporate and Property Industry group.
• Member of the Future Directions section of the Property Council of Australia, the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association and the Law Institute of Victoria.
