Johnathan is an experienced litigator and an LIV accredited specialist in commercial litigation. He has broad experience in all jurisdictions and acts for a number of publicly listed companies and large corporations.  A highly skilled senior practitioner, Johnathan's philosophy is to listen carefully to the objectives of his clients and then deliver quality outcomes in a timely and cost effective way.   

Johnathan is listed in the 2012 edition of Best Lawyers (Australia) for his expertise in the area of Litigation.

Johnathan's areas of expertise include:
