Joseph practices in employment and industrial relations law. He has particular expertise in advising employers about compliance with the multiple legislative changes this decade, and has assisted employers in dealing with the challenges and opportunities brought about by the reforms. 

Joseph has advised a range of employers, from small regional businesses to national league sporting clubs and associations and global investment managers.

Joseph's areas of expertise include:

• preparation of contracts and policies for employers;
• defending unfair dismissal claims;
• managing terminations and redundancy programs; and
• providing training on discrimination and harassment issues to employers and their employees.

Joseph joined Lander & Rogers in 2003 and was admitted to practice in 2004.
