Josh has extensive experience in commercial insurance litigation with a particular focus on matters relating to professional indemnity and public liability claims.      

Josh's areas of expertise include:

• class actions;
• large scale property damage and pollution claims;
• product liability and product recall claims;
• business interruption claims and claims for pure economic loss;
• personal injury; and
• claims for nervous shock and pure mental harm.

   

Josh was admitted to practice in 2002 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2003.
