Personal interests

Kate has a specialised Knowledge Management role, keeping up with developments in case law and legislation and researching matter-related points of law. She is involved in the firm's continuing legal education program and is a member of our precedents committee.  Kate also produces the firm's Insurance eBulletins and articles for external publications and prepares and presents seminar papers to clients and industry bodies.

Kate's areas of expertise include:

  • Knowledge Management;
  • proportionate liability;
  • insurance law;
  • professional indemnity;
  • public liability;
  • medical negligence; and
  • personal injury.

Kate joined Lander & Rogers in 1986 and was admitted to practice in 1987.

Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria
