Lee acts across industry sectors for vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and developers in a diverse range of matters.  Lee provides advice to her clients on a wide range of commercial and property matters including mixed use developments, off the plan contracts and agreements for lease.

Lee’s areas of expertise include:

• ­commercial leasing for landlords and tenants;
• ­retail leasing;
• ­commercial, residential and industrial sale and acquisition of freehold;
• ­subdivision and development of commercial and residential land;
• ­commercial, industrial and residential conveyancing; and
• ­mortgages and related security documents.

Lee was admitted to practice in 2002 joined Lander & Rogers in 2007.
