Personal interests

Leveasque has extensive experience in workplace health and safety at both state and federal levels, having practised in the jurisdiction for over 15 years. She commenced her career in criminal law then moved to WorkSafe, eventually managing the Legal Services Division where she was responsible for supervising workplace safety prosecutions, coronial inquests and assisting in the training of inspectors.

Leveasque was also involved in the implementation of the Victorian OHS legislation in 2004.

Leveasque's areas of expertise include:

  • Occupational health and safety law;
  • Government and administrative law;
  • Coronial inquests; and
  • Criminal law.

Leveasque was admitted to practice in 1994 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2011.
