Personal interests

Lillian has developed broad experience in the areas of accident compensation and litigation and has maintained a great working relationship with WorkSafe Victoria, employers and claims agents.

Lillian's areas of expertise include:

  • serious injury and damages matters;
  • new common law identification and statutory benefit review;
  • accident compensation claims; and
  • advising and representing WorkSafe Victoria, agents, self-insurers and employers in all jurisdictions including on appeal before the Supreme Court.
