Mark has been practising as a solicitor for twenty four years and has specialised in professional indemnity, financial institutions risks and directors' and officers' liability for the last nineteen. He also has extensive experience in the area of public liability.

Mark spent two years at a London law firm where he worked extensively on accountants' negligence matters on behalf of both London underwriters and insured firms. This included advising underwriters on claims in Australia and New Zealand against the 'Big 6' accounting firms.

Following his return to Sydney, Mark practised in the area of professional indemnity and worked for two leading national insurance firms, prior to joining Lander & Rogers.

Mark's areas of expertise include:

• professional indemnity;
• financial institutions risk;
• directors' & officers' liability; and
• public liability.

Mark was admitted to practice in 1986 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2002.
