Marlene practises in superannuation, financial services and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing law. Marlene has extensive experience advising employers and superannuation fund trustees on superannuation matters. She also advises more broadly on Australian financial services licensing aspects of the Corporations legislation, as well as advising financial services providers on all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and associated legislation. Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Marlene worked for a large Australian-based international law firm as part of a speciality superannuation and financial services team.
