Michael's extensive experience and sound judgment ensure he continues to provide our commercial and other clients with valuable advice and guidance in their business activities and personal lives.

Michael's areas of expertise include:
  • mergers and acquisitions;
  • joint venture and shareholder agreements;
  • negotiating commercial agreements including trading, restructuring companies and business entities;
  • trusts and superannuation;
  • estate and succession planning; and
  • indirect taxation.
Michael was admitted to practice in 1967 and joined Lander & Rogers in 1973.
