Personal interests

Patrick has broad experience in a range of litigation matters in state and federal courts and tribunals. He provides advice and adopts strategies to obtain commercial resolution of disputes.

Patrick's areas of expertise include:

  • commercial disputes;
  • general property related litigation including disputes arising from leasing and purchase contracts;
  • priority disputes and claims pursuant to securities over real property, chattels, company assets and livestock;
  • corporate law matters including share holders disputes and claims for alleged breaches of disclosure requirements and director's duties;
  • partnership and joint venture disputes;
  • acting for banks and financial institutions;
  • insolvency law;
  • intellectual property disputes;
  • group proceedings; and
  • defamation.

Patrick was admitted to practice in 2001 and joined Lander & Rogers in July 2003.

BA/LLB Monash University
