Patrizia has extensive experience in workplace relations law.  Her practice has almost exclusively involved representing employers and over the years, she has acted for clients in both the private and public sector.  Patrizia has appeared for clients in each of the State Courts, the Federal Court and the Federal Magistrates’ Court.

Patrizia’s practice has also involved regular appearances for clients in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (as it then was), Fair Work Australia, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and before the Australian Human Rights Commission.

Patrizia is listed in the 2012 edition of Best Lawyers (Australia) for her expertise in the area of Labour and Employment Law.

 Patrizia was admitted to practice in 1991 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2003.
