Peter has several years experience as a property and projects lawyer working nationally for both private and listed companies and funds in the retail, industrial, office and residential sectors. His multi-jurisdictional transaction experience allows him to provide a seamless cross border service to clients.

Peter's personal and collaborative approach ensures that he understands his client's business goals and commercial impetus, with a focus on providing strategic commercial advice and adding value to achieve successful commercial outcomes.

Peter’s areas of expertise include:

• acquisitions and disposals;
• residential and mixed use developments and off-the-plan contracts;
• affordable housing developments;
• industrial developments;
• leasing, acting for landlords and tenants; and
• property development and general property advice.

Peter joined Lander & Rogers in 2005 and was admitted to practice in 2006.
