Peter has experience in all areas of insurance law and litigation and regularly advises Australian and overseas insurers on a range of coverage and litigious matters.

In addition to his time in legal practise, Peter completed a secondment at a major global insurer from June 2010 to March 2011, where he had responsibility for a diverse portfolio of liability, casualty, professional indemnity and financial lines claims.

Peter's areas of expertise include: 

• financial lines; 
• investor class actions; 
• professional indemnity; 
• FOS complaints; 
• directors’ and officers’ liability; and 
• property/ISR.

Peter joined Lander & Rogers in 2006 and was admitted to practice in 2007.
