Peter became accredited as a Family Law Specialist in 1989 and has practised exclusively in family law ever since. He handles a wide range of family and domestic relationship matters, including parenting issues, property settlements in both marriages and domestic relationships and all matters ancillary.

Peter's areas of expertise include:

• parenting issues;
• property settlements;
• spousal maintenance and Child Support;
• superannuation splitting;
• financial agreements; and
• mediations.

Peter was admitted to practice in 1974 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2009.

• Member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria.
• Federal Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Peter served three terms as Chairman of the Executive of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and served for 10 years on the Family Law Advisory Committee on Specialisation.
