Peter is a highly regarded and accomplished business adviser and legal practitioner. In his 35 years in practice he has spent periods in-house in various corporate roles, most recently as Company Secretary and General Counsel for an ASX listed biotechnology company. Peter's clients range from publicly listed companies (both in Australia and overseas) to owner-operated private companies across a broad spectrum of industries. He has acted in a number of high calibre major transactions including in complex acquisitions and disposals and corporate restructuring. Peter regularly presents to industry on a diverse range of topical issues.
