Radhika practises in all areas of general insurance and regularly advises Australian and overseas insurers on a range of coverage and litigious matters.

Between 2005 and 2007, Radhika was based in London.  She worked as a solicitor in the insurance group of a large multinational firm where she acted for various insurers and Lloyd’s syndicates on a range of complex insurance and reinsurance matters arising out of professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’ liability, errors and omissions and political risk covers.  Radhika also held the role of Assistant Legal Counsel for a Lloyd’s managing agency.  She managed reinsurance claims, as well as advising on general business contracts and agreements and operational issues.

Radhika's areas of expertise include:

• financial lines;
• building and construction; and
• aviation.

Radhika joined Lander & Rogers in 2001 and was admitted to practice in 2002.
