Robert has practised in insurance law and dispute resolution since 2001.  He has conducted proceedings in Courts in New South Wales and Queensland at all levels, and in the Federal Court of Australia.

Robert has acted for insurers and insured parties in respect of professional indemnity claims against a broad range of professionals including accountants, solicitors, financial planners, architects and engineers.  He has acted for directors and officers of public companies and insurers of directors' and officers' liability policies.    

Robert's areas of expertise include:

• professional indemnity; and
• directors' and officers' liability.

Robert was admitted to practice in 2001 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2010.
