Simon has extensive experience in professional indemnity insurance, having acted in claims brought against solicitors, barristers and brokers.  He also has broad commercial litigation expertise, in particular involving claims in the financial services and aviation sectors.

Simon's areas of expertise include:

• professional indemnity;
• directors' and officers' liability; and
• financial services.

Simon was admitted to practice in Australia in 2003, in England and Wales in 2008 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2009.
