Personal interests

Su-Li has extensive experience in a broad range of property related transactions. Su-Li advises on purchases and sales, leasing, subdividing and development of retail, commercial, residential and industrial property. Su-Li also advises on the property aspects of due diligence and acquisitions and sales of shares, businesses and infrastructure assets.

Su-Li's areas of expertise include:
  • sale and purchase of commercial, residential and industrial land;
  • commercial agreements including agreements for lease, development agreements, joint venture agreements and management agreements;
  • commercial leasing for landlords and tenants; and
  • reporting and advising on the property aspects in large scale due diligence matters in relation to the acquisition and sale of companies, businesses, and Initial Public Offerings and negotiation (in relation to property related aspects) of agreements for the sale and purchase of shares or assets.

Su-Li was admitted to practice in 1998 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2010.
