Personal interests

Susannah provides advice to clients on all aspects of workplace safety across all jurisdictions of Australia and represents clients in coronial inquests. She acts for clients during workplace safety investigations by WorkSafe Victoria and other state regulatory authorities and in defence of prosecutions under occupational health and safety legislation.

Susannah also advises clients on a broad range of employment and industrial relations issues, including unfair dismissal and unlawful termination claims, discrimination claims, employment contracts and policies. She is experienced in conducting workplace investigations into complaints by employees, including complaints of sexual harassment and bullying.

Susannah's areas of expertise include:

  • workplace safety, including defending prosecutions against companies and individuals;
  • coronial inquests;
  • workplace investigations;
  • discrimination claims in both state and federal jurisdictions; and
  • unfair dismissal and unlawful termination claims.

Susannah was admitted to practice in 2004 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2008.

BA/LLB (Hons) - Monash
LLM - University of Melbourne
