Senior Associate

Tamara is a lawyer in the general insurance team at Lander & Rogers, practising in matters involving building and construction, professional indemnity, and domestic building insurance. She is known for her thoughtful and thorough approach, clear communication, and commitment to achieving practical outcomes for clients.

Taylor is a lawyer in the Family & Relationship Law group at Lander & Rogers. Taylor assists clients in all aspects of family law including parenting, property, spousal maintenance and child support.

Terry has practiced extensively in financial services and regulatory law for over 30 years. Before joining Lander & Rogers, he was a partner in a major legal firm for over 13 years, and before that he held legal and commercial positions in a major bank, a major life insurance company and a superannuation, actuarial and investment consulting firm. Terry is on the Australian subsidiary board of a large Canadian bank, was previously on the International Monetary Fund's external expert panel for banking and insurance regulation and a financial sector development expert for the Asian Development Bank.

Tessa is a partner in Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team and is based in the firm's Sydney office. Recognised by the profession as a Rising Star in each of the 2018 to 2022 editions of *Doyle's Guide*, and previously the chair of the Young Lawyers Family Law Committee, Tessa is a well-known family lawyer who assists clients across Australia and internationally.

Andrew is Japan-based counsel and part of the firm's Japan Client Group. He is involved in developing relationships with clients and targets in Japan and assists them with their commercial strategies for entering the Australian market. Andrew is also able to provide "on the ground" support to our Australian-based clients wanting to do business in Japan.

Senior Associate

Thomas is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Insurance Law & Litigation group. He advises Australian insurers and insureds and London underwriters on indemnity, liability, quantum and litigation and ADR strategy.

Timothy is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Insurance Law & Litigation group. He works in the areas of building and construction and subrogated property recovery claims.

Toby is a lawyer in the Melbourne office of the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers. He was admitted to practice in 2024 after completing the firm's graduate program and has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2025.

Tom White specialises in all aspects of environment and planning law, with significant experience advising all levels (Commonwealth, State and local) of government as well as private landowners, developers and institutional investors on complex development projects and infrastructure.

Vanessa joined Lander & Rogers in mid-2021 as a senior associate, working in the Insurance Law & Litigation team. She has significant experience advising insurers on a range of matters, including complex public liability, property damage, product recall and professional liability claims.

Victoria is a lawyer in Lander & Rogers' Workplace Relations & Safety team. She has a broad range of experience in employment, industrial relations and safety matters in the public and private sectors. Victoria represents employers in a wide range of employment-related disputes, including adverse action and discrimination claims, underpayment disputes, workplace investigations, and matters involving award or enterprise agreement interpretation and compliance.

Senior Associate

Victoria is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' construction team. She advises clients across the construction industry on a range of front-end construction matters. Victoria is experienced in assisting clients through all stages of a construction project, from the tender stage through to execution.

Special Counsel

Vince joined the Insurance Law & Litigation team at Lander & Rogers in January 2016 and has significant experience in insurance law and litigation.

Vince is a partner in our Workplace Relations and Safety team. He practices in all aspects of employment, workplace relations, safety and discrimination. His practice extends to public and private sector clients across a broad range of industries.
