Charles manages the firm’s Construction and Engineering practice. He is the lead advisor to insurance clients in construction and engineering; professional indemnity; liability and property sectors. He handles some of Australia's largest and most complex construction and engineering disputes and he is regarded as a policy coverage specialist.

Cheryl commenced her legal career in a multi-disciplinary firm, where she worked in family law, property law, wills and estates and commercial law. Cheryl has now been practising exclusively in family and relationship law since 2017 and leverages her earlier experience by providing pragmatic and holistic advice to her clients.

Collette is a partner and the National Practice Group Leader of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law group, and one of Australia's most respected family lawyers. An accredited family law specialist, Collette has worked solely in the family law jurisdiction for almost 20 years and is consistently recognised by the profession as one of Australia's preeminent family & divorce lawyers.

Craig has practiced exclusively in family and relationship law since 1985 and is one of Australia's most experienced family lawyers. He was one of the first lawyers to achieve specialist accreditation in family law from the Law Institute of Victoria in 1989. He receives client referrals from other lawyers; from accounting and financial services firms; barristers; and counselling and welfare agencies. He is regularly engaged as a presenter, author and commentator on current family law issues.

David is a Partner in Lander & Rogers' national Pro Bono, Community and Environment practice. David leads two pro bono focus areas for the firm - climate and just transitions and people forcibly displaced.

Partner & Practice Group Leader

David leads our corporate practice. David is a leading Australian corporate lawyer with over 30 years' experience in advising both Australian and international clients on a range of corporate and securities law matters including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), equity capital markets transactions (including IPOs and capital raisings), strategic structuring and foreign investment approvals. David has a particular expertise in cross-border capital markets transactions between Australia and the US.

David is a dual qualified (NSW and England & Wales) corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law advisory as well as corporate transactions across equity capital markets (including Australian and foreign entity IPOs and capital raisings), mergers & acquisitions, due diligence and general commercial contracting arrangements.

David is a Melbourne based partner in our Compensation Law group and is our relationship partner for WorkSafe Victoria. David practises in the area of work-related personal injury claims in both common law and statutory benefit disputes.
