Pursuing a legal career appealed to Melanie because she always felt compelled to speak up if something was unfair and because she wanted to work in a profession that strived to promote justice.
Melanie combines her passion for human rights with her role in Lander & Rogers' Workplace Relations & Safety team. Her practice involves employment and industrial relations law, including anti-discrimination matters, as well as human rights law more generally, including providing advice about the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities.
