Damien is a consultant in our Corporate group. With a background in law and economics, he has over 20 years' experience advising governments on complex restructuring, regulation, delivery and procurement processes.
Damien specialises in infrastructure and service-related projects in the port, rail, public transport, ticketing, energy and resources and water sectors. He provides strategic advice in relation to the most appropriate contract delivery model for whole-of-life solutions, including the restructuring, procurement and divestment of State owned infrastructure and Public Private Partnerships.
Damien's recent projects include the retendering of Victoria's public transport ticketing system, the North East Link road project, Victoria's Bus Reform Program, the refranchising of Victoria's train and tram services, the Regional Rail Link, the Goldfields Super Pipe and the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre.
