Hannah has broad experience on a range of corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial law matters.
Hannah was appointed as Lander & Rogers’ Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Consultant in 2016 and has been is an active member of the RAP oversight and working groups since the introduction of the firm's first RAP.
Hannah's areas of expertise include:
advising on private M&A including drafting and negotiating SPAs and other key transaction documents, coordinating due diligence processes and general management of the transaction process from commencement to completion;
drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including service and supply agreements, licences and reseller agreements;
providing advice and practical guidance in respect of matters relating to the Personal Property Securities Act 2009;
advising public and private companies, companies limited by guarantee and incorporated associations in relation to corporate formation, structure and regulation under the Corporations Act or Associations Incorporation Act and in relation to general corporate governance;
drafting and advising on various corporate documents including company constitutions, trust deeds, shareholder/unit holder agreements and company resolutions; and
acting for not-for-profit organisations, including incorporated associations, companies limited by guarantee and indigenous corporations, as part of Lander & Rogers’ pro-bono practice.
Hannah was admitted to practice in 2012 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2012.
