Lillian Rizkalla, Partner, Lander & Rogers

Lillian is one of the partners leading the Compensation Law team. She has practiced exclusively in the areas of accident compensation litigation, employers' liability and common law damages representing WorkSafe Victoria, insurers, self-insurers and employers. She also acts for several self-insured Fortune 500 companies.

Lily is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Real Estate & Projects Group. Lily has acted for many of Australia's leading private, corporate and institutional clients in a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales and leasing transactions.

Lily is an experienced and skilled litigator and negotiator, advising her clients on a range of commercial, insolvency and financial disputes. She provides strategic, candid and pragmatic advice to her clients as she seeks the best commercial outcome for them.

With more than 20 years of experience, Lisa has deep expertise in all areas of real estate transactions. Lisa is sought out for her pragmatic and strategic approach to transactions and delivery of cost efficient solutions.

Senior Associate

Lisa is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Real Estate and Projects group. She assists senior practitioners in advising government and private sector clients on a diverse range of property matters, with a focus on capital transactions, developments and projects.

Lisa's practice is focussed on the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. She has over 20 years' experience in acting nationally for large private and public companies on capital transaction, development and asset management matters.

Liz is widely recognised by the legal industry as one of Australia's leading family lawyers and is consistently acknowledged in national publications and at industry awards for her outstanding contributions to family law. Liz holds a Master of Laws specialising in tax from the University of Melbourne and has a special interest in commercial and tax law issues relating to complex family law property cases. Liz relies on her unique depth of knowledge to pursue commercially favourable outcomes for her family law clients.

Senior Associate

Loren is a Senior Associate in our Melbourne office and has been working exclusively in the family law jurisdiction since her admission to practice in 2014.

Louise is a recognised expert in government procurement and commercial law, with particular expertise in care services and technology projects. Louise has over a decade experience in providing strategic procurement and commercial advice to both public and private organisations, with a focus on the Commonwealth government.

Lynden is a workplace relations specialist with over a decade of experience in a broad range of complex industrial relations, discrimination and general employment matters.

Maddie is a lawyer in the Sydney office of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship law team. She has been working in family law since 2018 and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in March 2022.

Malcolm is an Accredited Specialist in family law who has practised solely in the family law jurisdiction since 2003. In his consultancy capacity, Malcolm provides guidance to our clients throughout their family law journey, including preparing them for court hearings and appointments with experts. Additionally, he supports our national legal team by offering strategic and technical advice, leveraging his extensive family law experience in this role.

Mandy is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Commercial Disputes team. She has a broad range of practice which encompasses administrative and public law, including in relation to public inquiries, regulatory investigations, merits review and judicial review. She also practises in corporate and commercial disputes, including in relation to breaches of contract, shareholder disputes, directors' duties and debt recovery.

Margaret is a highly experienced lawyer specialising in technology, data, and intellectual property. With dual qualifications in law and computer science, she brings a rare blend of legal insight and technical expertise to her practice. Margaret is known for her ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and for her deep understanding of their commercial and operational needs.

Special Counsel

Mark's practice in insurance litigation is primarily in the areas of professional indemnity, directors' and officers' insurance, class actions and the electricity industry. He is known for his technical expertise and commercial approach to litigation. Mark also provides indemnity advice to clients. Mark has been at Lander & Rogers since his graduate year in 2014.

Mark has significant expertise in insurance and financial services law. For more than 20 years, he has acted for Australian and overseas insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, licensees and corporate clients on the full spectrum of transactions, projects, investigations and disputes.

Mark is a partner in Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team and has been an Accredited Family Law Specialist since 1991. Mark began practising in workplace relations in 1993 and has been a partner at Lander & Rogers since 2003. Mark focuses on providing timely, direct and practical advice to clients in the NSW Government and private sectors and to executives and senior employees.
