Kelly is a highly experienced litigator with deep expertise in complex commercial disputes and major contentious matters. She is known for her pragmatic, early-resolution approach and her ability to navigate high-stakes issues with clarity and commercial judgment. Kelly works collaboratively with clients to deliver clear, efficient and effective dispute strategies.

Kelly specialises in the management of multi-million-dollar complex litigated insurance matters including catastrophic personal injury, institutional sexual abuse claims, royal commissions, class actions, coronial investigations and inquests.

Kiana is a lawyer in the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers and is based in the firm's Brisbane office. She was admitted to practice in 2024 after completing the firm's graduate program and has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2025.

Kirsty is a Senior Associate in the Sydney team. With over 10 years' experience working exclusively in family and relationship law, Kirsty has specialist knowledge managing complex family law cases. Kirsty spent several years working in specialist family violence and legal units, where she developed expertise in understanding the nuances of domestic violence, and working with clients in a trauma-informed manner.

Lana is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Insurance Law & Litigation group, focusing on public and product liability, property damage, and recovery claims. She advises Australian and London-based underwriters, as well as domestic corporate clients and individuals on litigation, indemnity, liability, quantum and reserving, contribution and recovery, and commercial settlement opportunities.

Senior Associate

Laura has a range of experience with litigated and non-litigated claims in occupiers' liability, product liability, intentional torts, workers' compensation, statutory recovery and dust disease. Laura also advises and represents interested parties in coronial investigations and inquests.

Laura has been practicing in insurance litigation, for both plaintiffs and defendants for over five years. She acts for Australian and overseas insurers on a range of personal injuries litigation, property, professional indemnity and public liability matters.

Senior Associate

Lauren is a senior associate in the Brisbane office of Lander and Rogers Family and Relationship Law team. Lauren understands that separation can be one of the most difficult chapters in a person's life. She provides a pragmatic and strategic approach to assist clients navigate their family law issues in a timely manner.

Lauren has been working in family and relationship law since her admission to practice in 2022. In her final year of study Lauren was the top graduating law student at Melbourne Law School, winning the prestigious Supreme Court prize. Lauren also received subject prizes for family law, legal research, remedies, employment law, corporations law, and equity and trusts. She was also the top student in her second year, during her Juris Doctor.

Lauren is a lawyer in Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law team, with experience in immigration, criminal and family law. Lauren supports clients through complex and often emotionally challenging family law matters.

With over 40 years of specialist experience, Lee is one of Melbourne's most respected family law practitioners. Lee's extensive experience has given her a strong understanding of, and ability to deal with, the myriad of issues pertaining to family law.

Lee is a partner in the Real Estate & Projects group. She acts across industry sectors for vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and developers in a diverse range of matters.

Special Counsel

Lia has practised exclusively in family law since 2015 and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. Lia has extensive experience across the spectrum of family law issues, including complex property settlements, children's matters, and matters involving family violence. She has also been involved in several of the firm's pro bono projects.

Liliana is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Workplace Relations & Safety team in Sydney. She has diverse experience in all aspects of workplace law and has been practicing exclusively in this area since December 2019.
