Jessica Grumelart is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers’ Family & Relationship Law team, practising exclusively in family law. She is committed to helping clients navigate separation and family disputes in a clear and practical way, with a focus on achieving outcomes efficiently.

Special Counsel

Jessica is an experienced litigator who has advised insurers and their insured clients and uninsured public, private and community based organisations, in relation to a variety of litigated claims including claims for negligence, breach of contract and historical institutional abuse and insurance coverage disputes.

Joanna is a senior environment and planning lawyer with significant experience in advising both State government and private clients in relation to environmental, planning, heritage, land acquisition and compensation law matters.

Joanna is a Special Counsel with over 15 years' experience across a range of contentious and non-contentious employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety matters. She is known for her responsive, pragmatic and commercial advice as well as being a strong team builder and an effective communicator.

Partner & Practice Group Leader

Jo leads the Lander & Rogers national Pro Bono and Community Support practice and the implementation of sustainable business practices across the firm. She has also led the firm’s reconciliation activities, including as Chair of the RAP Oversight Committee. Jo is a collaborator and contributor with extensive engagement in communities of practice, standard setting, thought leadership and change in the legal profession.

Head of Client Projects

Joel joined Lander & Rogers in 2018 and leads a team of automation, business process and legal technology specialists. The Client Projects team advise, support and guide the firm's clients on process optimisation and business transformation solutions.

John is a partner with 40 years' experience in the areas of accident compensation, employers' liability and personal injuries litigation, with a particular focus on dust diseases, acting for WorkSafe Victoria, insurers & employers in all jurisdictions.

John is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Real Estate and Projects group. His expertise encompasses a wide range of property matters across different asset classes, with a strong emphasis on delivering legal support that is both practical and grounded in real-world application.

John works primarily for REITs, national retailers, private companies and offshore investors within the commercial office, industrial and retail sectors.

Partner & Practice Group Leader

Johnathan leads Lander & Rogers' Commercial Disputes group. He is an accredited commercial litigation specialist with corporations law expertise. Johnathan is a trusted adviser for many of the firm's national and international corporate clients as well as several SME's. He has a commercial and strategic approach to all litigation and disputes.

Jon specialises in directors' and officers' liability, professional indemnity, financial institutions, class actions and cyber risk. He has extensive experience as a defence counsel and, also, in monitoring and advising on coverage.

Jonathon is a contentious insolvency and restructuring partner based in Sydney, having previously practiced in London. Jonathon specialises in complex, cross-border and contentious insolvency, restructuring and commercial disputes. He is a trusted adviser to a range of domestic and international clients including leading financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, corporates and directors on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Jordan Eitler is a lawyer in Lander & Rogers' Compensation Law group. He specialises in personal injury litigation, and his areas of expertise include statutory benefits, serious injury, and common law damages litigation.

Judy has specialised in insurance litigation since 2002. Her core practice involves public and products liability, contractual recovery, worker to worker claims, property damage and coverage issue matters. She regularly acts for insurers across long tail catastrophic injury claims, workers’ compensation recovery matters, occupiers’ liability claims, labour hire disputes and SafeWork Prosecution matters.
